Data Deletion

1. What data we store

"CREATIVE GROUP" Limited Liability Company (TIN 1703491471) may store the following personal data about you: first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, the content of your enquiry, your order and invoice history, and — if you have contacted us through WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail — the correspondence in those channels.

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry, to provide and support the services you ordered, and to fulfil our obligations under the applicable accounting and tax legislation. It is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and, thereafter, for the retention period required by law.

2. How to request deletion

You may request the deletion of your personal data in either of two ways:

• By completing the form on this page;
• By writing to info@creativegroup.az with the subject line "Data deletion".

To let us identify your records, please state the phone number and e-mail address you used when contacting us.

3. Processing time

Your request is processed within 30 calendar days of receipt. Once the deletion is complete we notify you through the same channel you used to submit the request.

4. Exception

Accounting and tax documents that we are required to keep by law (invoices, payment records, contracts) are retained until the statutory retention period expires, and are deleted only after that date. All other data is deleted in full.
