A social media page usually lives like this: big plans at the start of the month, posts thinning out two weeks later, comments and messages left unanswered. The problem is not talent — it is repetitive work done by hand.
We automate the repetitive part. The meaning, the tone and the final word stay with your team — nothing is published without your approval.
What gets automated
- Content plan — a monthly topic calendar: products, services, frequently asked questions, campaigns and seasonal dates. AI prepares drafts; you pick and edit.
- Scheduled publishing — approved posts go out by themselves on the day and hour you choose; many pages and branches from one panel.
- Rule-based replies — ready answers to repeated questions such as price, address and opening hours; anything unusual is passed to a person.
- Lead capture — an interested customer from social media lands in your CRM or WhatsApp, nobody gets lost.
- Monthly report — which post earned how many views, reactions and enquiries; what to repeat and what to stop.
- Alerts — a negative comment, insult or complaint notifies the responsible person at once.
Which platforms
The main work is done on Instagram and Facebook through Meta's official interface (a business account is required). A Telegram channel and a LinkedIn page can also be set up. Other platforms change their publishing rules often — we check each one separately before starting and tell you the result in writing.
What AI does here
Draft copy, headline variants, hashtag suggestions, reply drafts and a plain-language explanation of the report. For photos and video your real material is the basis: generated imagery should not replace how your product actually looks. Everything passes a human eye before publication.
Together with our other services
SMM does not work alone. When it covers the same topics as your site's SEO, both get stronger. Incoming messages can be joined to a WhatsApp chatbot and a CRM. Product data from your online shop can be pulled into post drafts too.
How we work
- Audit. Your current pages, your audience and your best-performing posts are reviewed.
- Rules. Tone, off-limits topics, the approval flow and reply rules are agreed with you in writing.
- Setup. Accounts are connected, the content plan and reply templates prepared.
- Pilot. One month in a narrow scope, then we review the result together.
- Ongoing. A monthly report, plan refresh and rule adjustments.
Stated plainly
Automation does not guarantee follower counts or sales — it guarantees the work is done regularly and tidily. The outcome depends on the product, the price and the content itself; we promise no figures. We do not use fake followers or bot comments: they break platform rules and can get an account shut down. Platform interfaces and rules can change, in which case the setup needs updating.
Frequently asked questions
Will posts go out without my approval?
No. Every post is prepared as a draft first and goes out at the scheduled time only after you approve it. You may pre-approve a few simple posts, such as an opening hours reminder, if you wish.
Who answers the comments?
Repeated and clear questions get an automatic reply under rules agreed in advance. Unusual, negative or sensitive messages are passed to a person and you receive a notification.
Will this increase my followers and sales?
We cannot promise that. Automation ensures regular, on-time posting and that no message goes unanswered. The result depends on your product, content and market; the monthly report shows the real figures.
Which account type do I need?
Automatic publishing on Instagram and Facebook requires a business (or creator) account and a Meta page. We check your existing account at the start.
Will AI create the images?
The base material is your real photos and video. AI helps with copy, planning and design variants; we do not recommend generated images that replace how the product actually looks.
