The real problem with smart building hardware is this: every brand has its own app. Lighting in one, air conditioning in another, cameras in a third. We bring them into one console and express the operating rules as scenes.
What it does
One console
Lighting, air conditioning, blinds, doors, water valves and meters — together in a web and mobile app.
Scenes
"Office lights on at 8 on weekdays", "everything off when the last person leaves", "cut the water when a leak is detected".
Schedules and conditions
Rules triggered by time, day of week, a sensor reading or an access control event.
Energy reporting
Consumption from meters and smart sockets, broken down by zone and hour.
Core features
- Grouping by zone and room, user roles and permissions
- Remote control: web console and mobile app
- Sensors: motion, temperature, humidity, smoke, water leak, door and window
- Alerts on events: push, WhatsApp or email
- Link to access control: the zone lighting and climate come on when staff enter
- Full command history — who changed what and when
- A warning when a device loses connection
We supply and install the hardware together with a partner integrator, or we build the software on top of devices already installed on site. The second route is usually cheaper — the software drives the hardware you already own.
Who it is for
Offices and business centres, hotels, retail chains, warehouses, clinics and private homes. In hotels it merges with our hotel management platform: the room climate comes on at check-in and drops to an energy-saving mode at check-out.
This solution is part of our software for hardware and devices service.
Stated plainly: not every device on the smart home market speaks an open protocol. In closed ecosystems — devices that only talk to their own cloud — integration is limited or simply impossible. We tell you in writing which of your devices can be connected during the site review, before work starts. Automation does NOT replace fire and life safety systems; those must run separately under their own standards.
How we work
- Site review. We visit the site, or study the models, wiring and current software of the existing devices.
- Compatibility check. We tell you in writing which devices the software can talk to directly.
- Pilot. A trial on one entrance, one floor or one zone.
- Rollout and training. Short operator training and documentation.
- Support. Updates, new rules and devices, response to faults.
Frequently asked questions
Can devices from different brands be combined in one app?
Yes, where the device offers an open protocol or an API. With closed devices that only talk to their own cloud, integration is limited. We review your device list first and state in writing what can be connected.
Can we change the scenes ourselves?
Yes. Times, days of the week and sensor conditions are edited from the console without a developer. We write the more complex scenes during setup.
Does the system stop when the internet goes down?
Scenes running on a local controller keep working without internet. Remote control and alerts stay unavailable until the connection is restored.
How do you measure energy consumption?
Readings from meters and smart sockets are collected into reports by zone and hour. That is a measured figure — we do not issue savings forecasts.
