The electronic lock is installed — but who issues the keys, who revokes them, and which door opened when? Those answers live in the software, not in the lock.
Core features
- Key issue: card, mobile key, PIN or QR — whatever the lock supports
- Time-limited access: tied to a guest stay or a contractor contract period
- Automatic key issue after check-in, through hotel system integration
- Instant revocation of a lost card and reissue with the same permissions
- Zone permissions: room, floor, spa, storeroom, server room
- Door access log: who, which door, when
- Separate permissions and time windows for housekeeping and maintenance
- Battery level and connection status monitoring
Hardware it works with
Hotel locks
Room locks supporting cards and mobile keys.
Office locks
Keypad and card locks, magnetic lock plus reader.
Locker and safe locks
Changing room lockers, document and cash safes.
Encoders
Card writers and network modules for mobile keys.
We supply and install the hardware together with a partner integrator, or we build the software on top of devices already installed on site. The second route is usually cheaper — the software drives the hardware you already own.
Who it is for
Hotels and hostels, short-term rental apartments, offices and coworking spaces, gyms, clinics, warehouses. In hotels it runs with our hotel management platform: the key is issued automatically at check-in and expires by itself on the departure date.
This solution is part of our software for hardware and devices service. If staff working hours also need to be calculated, see biometric attendance.
Stated plainly: some locks are offline — the key is written into the lock memory and a revocation order only reaches it on the next contact. In such systems "instant revocation" is delayed until the door is connected. We tell you which models are online and which are offline during the site review. Emergency egress and fire mode are handled at the hardware level; the software does not replace them.
How we work
- Site review. We visit the site, or study the models, wiring and current software of the existing devices.
- Compatibility check. We tell you in writing which devices the software can talk to directly.
- Pilot. A trial on one entrance, one floor or one zone.
- Rollout and training. Short operator training and documentation.
- Support. Updates, new rules and devices, response to faults.
Frequently asked questions
Is the key issued automatically at check-in?
Yes, where hotel system integration is in place: the key is issued at the moment of check-in and expires by itself on the departure date. Running standalone, the key is issued manually at reception.
What do we do if a card is lost?
The card is revoked from the console with one click and a new one is issued with the same permissions. On online locks revocation is immediate; on offline locks it takes effect at the next contact with the lock.
Can a door be opened with a mobile phone?
Yes, if the lock supports mobile keys. Models that do not will work with cards or PINs; mobile keys would require replacing the lock.
Can we see which door opened when?
Yes, there is a door access log: who, which door, when. The log counts as personal data — retention period and who has access are agreed before setup.
