In a warehouse, the most expensive loss is the one you notice late. A missing pallet turns up during stocktaking — weeks later, when it's no longer possible to find out who made a mistake and when. Camera analytics for warehouses shows this discrepancy at the moment of unloading: it counts inbound goods, matches them against the documents and alerts you immediately if there's a mismatch.
The system is built on top of your existing IP cameras. A single on-site device reads the video live — frames are not sent to the cloud and never leave the building.
What is measured in the warehouse
Goods receipt counting
Boxes or pallets unloaded from the truck are counted automatically and then matched against the figure on the document. If there's a discrepancy, the alert comes right at the moment of unloading.
shortages don't wait for stocktaking — they show up at the doorFill level
Which zone is full and which is empty — you see the real use of warehouse space. Rack occupancy percentage is tracked throughout the day.
the decision to rent extra warehouse space is based on numbers, not guessworkForklift safety
An alert is triggered the moment a pedestrian and a vehicle come dangerously close. Recurring spots are logged — you can see which corner is a problem.
the risk of injury and the downtime that comes with it are reducedLoading time
How long it takes to load a truck, which shift causes delays, which dock door is slower — it's all measured.
the cause of delays is found through measurement, not assumptionsDock door left open
An alert is sent if a loading door stays open longer than the set time.
cooling loss and the risk of theft are reducedWho it's for
Distribution warehouses, freight terminals, wholesale depots and the central warehouses of multi-branch retail companies. Especially at sites that receive several trucks a day and check pallet counts by hand, the difference is visible from the first week.
In cold storage
In cold storage, a door left open translates directly into money. Dock door monitoring and zone occupancy are used together — reducing both energy loss and product risk. A separate set of scenarios is also available for fruit warehouses and cold stores.
How it's set up
Cameras are checked
If your existing IP cameras are suitable, no new equipment is purchased. Knowing the make and model is enough to check.
A single device is installed on site
Video processing is done right there — nothing is sent to the cloud or leaves the building.
Trial week
The system runs for a week and you look at the results. If it's not a fit, you don't continue.
Reports and notifications
A daily report, plus instant notifications to your phone in urgent cases.
What we need from you

Existing cameras are suitable in most cases. Knowing the make and model is enough.

free of chargeFrequently asked questions
How accurate is pallet counting?
When the camera angle is set up correctly, counting accuracy is high. During the first week the system is tuned specifically to your site — pallet type, lighting and movement speed are taken into account.
Our warehouse is dark — will it work?
If the camera has a night mode, it's usually not a problem. During the site visit we determine together which zones need lighting.
Will employees be monitored?
The system does not identify individuals. Even in forklift safety, what is measured is distance, not a specific person. For these functions, employees must be informed.
Does it integrate with our existing warehouse software?
Reports can be transferred via file or API. If you use our warehouse and sales management system, the integration is even tighter.

Frequently asked questions
What does camera analytics for warehouses measure?
The system counts boxes and pallets unloaded from trucks and matches them against the documents, and tracks zone fill levels, loading times and dock doors left open for too long. It also sends an instant alert when a forklift and a pedestrian come dangerously close.
Does it work with our existing IP cameras?
Yes, existing IP cameras are suitable in most cases, and knowing the make and model is enough to check. One Windows computer running continuously on site is required; if you don't have one, a ready-made device is offered.
Will warehouse employees be monitored by the cameras?
The system does not identify individuals. Even in forklift safety, what is measured is distance, not a specific person. For these functions, employees must be informed. Video processing is done on site and is not sent to the cloud.
How do we start trialing warehouse camera analytics?
A free one-hour site visit determines the camera angles and suitable tasks, then the system runs in trial mode for a week. There is no commitment or payment for the trial, and if the results aren't a fit, you don't continue.
