Door entry panels all look alike — the difference is in the software behind them. Which apartment the call reaches, where it goes when the resident is out, who opened the door, who the visitor came to see: the software answers all of this.
Core features
- Registry of apartments, offices and rooms: number, resident or employee, contact channel
- Calls forwarded to a mobile app or phone — the resident answers even when away
- Remote door release, with a record of who opened it
- Visitor logging: who they came to see, who granted access, when they left
- Single-use QR codes or PINs for guests
- Time-limited access for couriers and service staff
- Call history, missed calls, snapshot or video record
- Central management across multiple buildings: blocks, entrances, a concierge console
- API integration with residential complex and hotel systems
Hardware it works with
Entry panels
Audio and video door panels — over the network (IP) or through a controller.
Indoor monitors
Indoor monitors and handsets; the mobile app adds to them rather than replacing them.
Door locks
Magnetic and electromechanical locks, door sensors.
Readers
Card, QR and keypad access for residents.
We supply and install the hardware together with a partner integrator, or we build the software on top of devices already installed on site. The second route is usually cheaper — the software drives the hardware you already own.
Who it is for
Residential complexes and apartment buildings, business centres, clinics, schools, warehouse and production entrances. In a residential complex it runs alongside our residential complex management platform: the resident registry is filled in once and serves both utility billing and access.
This solution is part of our software for hardware and devices service. If access permissions need broader control, see turnstiles and access control.
Stated plainly: forwarding an intercom call to a mobile app depends on internet connectivity and on the device allowing it. Some older analogue panels only work with their own indoor monitor — in those cases a network module is added or the panel is replaced. We check this during the site review. Visitor snapshots and video are personal data: retention period and who may view them must be agreed in writing.
How we work
- Site review. We visit the site, or study the models, wiring and current software of the existing devices.
- Compatibility check. We tell you in writing which devices the software can talk to directly.
- Pilot. A trial on one entrance, one floor or one zone.
- Rollout and training. Short operator training and documentation.
- Support. Updates, new rules and devices, response to faults.
Frequently asked questions
Will it work with our existing door panel?
Yes, if the panel is network-connected or has a compatible controller. Older analogue panels that only work with their indoor monitor need a network module or a panel replacement — we confirm this during the site review.
Can a resident answer the door when they are not at home?
Yes. The call is forwarded to their mobile app or phone and they can release the door remotely. Missed calls stay in the history.
How do we let in guests and couriers?
The resident generates a single-use QR code or PIN and sends it to the visitor. It works only within the chosen time window and at that entrance, then expires on its own.
Can several buildings be managed from one place?
Yes. Blocks and entrances are managed separately, with a shared console for the concierge and the management company; the resident registry is shared with the residential complex platform.
