Smart Home System — for apartments and villas

Smart home software that brings lights, blinds, air conditioning, doors, cameras and water sensors into one app: scenes such as "leaving home" and "evening", plus remote control.

The most common smart home problem is not too few devices but too many: lights in one app, air conditioning in a second, the camera in a third. We bring them into a single app and write scenes that fit your daily life.

Everyday scenes

"Leaving home"

One button turns the lights off, sets the air conditioning to economy, locks the door and arms the cameras and sensors.

"Coming home"

Once recognised at the door the entrance light comes on, the climate moves to a comfortable level and the blinds open.

"Evening" and "Night"

At sunset the light shifts to a soft tone and the blinds close; at night only a path light remains.

"Nobody home"

Lights come on at varied times, and any movement or door opening sends a phone alert.

Devices it controls

  • Lighting — room and zone groups, scenes and schedules, gentle fade in and out
  • Blinds and curtains — by time, sun and temperature
  • Climate — air conditioning, heating, ventilation; a mode that follows whether anyone is home
  • Doors and locks — remote opening, a temporary guest code, an opening history
  • Cameras and door entry — a live view, calls forwarded to your phone (intercom software)
  • Safety sensors — water leak, smoke, gas, door and window; automatic closing of a water valve
  • Energy and water — consumption from meters and an alert on unusual increases
  • Sound and media — connecting existing systems into a scene

New build or an existing apartment

The ideal moment is during construction or renovation: a wired system is the most reliable, but it has to be planned in advance. In a flat already lived in, most scenes can still be built with wireless devices without opening the walls. We tell you which suits you after the site review.

For multi-unit and office buildings see smart building automation. In a residential complex a shared resident app can join our complex management platform.

Stated plainly: not every device on the smart home market speaks to the others. Closed devices that only work with their own cloud connect in a limited way or not at all; devices on open standards such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, KNX and Matter are the easiest to work with. We tell you in writing during the site review which of your existing devices can be connected. Remote control and alerts depend on an internet connection; we build the main part of the scenes on a local controller so they keep working when the internet drops. Water, smoke and gas sensors give warnings but do not replace certified stand-alone fire and gas safety equipment. A camera and door log is the personal data of the household — who may view it is decided in advance.

How we work

  1. Review. The apartment or villa, existing devices and your daily routine.
  2. Writing the scenes. Morning, leaving, arriving, evening and night scenes are built the way you describe them.
  3. Compatibility. Which devices will connect and which need replacing — stated in writing.
  4. Setup and training. Every member of the household is shown the app.
  5. Support. New scenes and devices, updates.

Frequently asked questions

Will it work with my existing devices?

Yes, if a device supports an open standard (Zigbee, Z-Wave, KNX, Matter) or an interface. Closed devices that only talk to their own cloud connect in a limited way; we check the list on the review and tell you in writing.

Does the system keep working when the internet is down?

The main part of the scenes runs on a local controller and works without internet. Remote control and phone alerts stay unavailable until the connection returns.

Can it be installed without opening the walls?

Yes, most scenes can be built with wireless devices. A wired system is more reliable but must be planned during construction or renovation.

What happens on a water leak?

The sensor raises a warning, a phone alert is sent, and if a water valve is fitted it closes automatically. This complements, and does not replace, certified stand-alone safety equipment.

Who can see the camera and door log?

Only the family members you designate. Access rights and retention are agreed in writing during setup.
