The alarm goes off — then what? At most sites the honest answer is: someone hears it, someone does not. Monitoring software delivers the alert to a named person, tracks whether they responded, and escalates if they did not.
Core features
- One list across sites and zones: what is happening where
- Alert delivery to the officer on duty: push, call, WhatsApp, SMS
- Acknowledgement: who accepted the alarm, when, and what they did
- Escalation: no response within the set time and it passes to the next person
- Duty roster — the alert goes to whoever is actually on shift
- Incident log and reports: date, site, type, response time
- False alarms recorded, with repeat offenders surfaced
- Armed and disarmed state tracking
- Camera link: the snapshot from the moment of the alarm is attached to the incident
Hardware it works with
Alarm panels
Network-connected central panels, or controllers with an open protocol.
Sensors
Motion, door and window, glass break, smoke, gas, water leak.
Cameras and NVRs
Footage from the moment of the alarm — together with camera analytics.
Access control
Events such as a door left open or an unauthorised entry attempt.
We supply and install the hardware together with a partner integrator, or we build the software on top of devices already installed on site. The second route is usually cheaper — the software drives the hardware you already own.
Who it is for
Companies with many sites: retail and branch networks, warehouses, bank branches, residential complexes, production facilities. It works for a single site too, but the value shows as the site count grows.
This solution is part of our software for hardware and devices service.
Stated plainly: this software is not a security guarding service and it does not replace a fire safety system. Fire alarms must operate independently under their own standards — the software only displays and records the event. Alert delivery depends on mobile networks and internet; for critical sites we recommend a backup channel such as SMS.
How we work
- Site review. We visit the site, or study the models, wiring and current software of the existing devices.
- Compatibility check. We tell you in writing which devices the software can talk to directly.
- Pilot. A trial on one entrance, one floor or one zone.
- Rollout and training. Short operator training and documentation.
- Support. Updates, new rules and devices, response to faults.
Frequently asked questions
Who receives the alarm, and what happens if nobody responds?
The alarm goes to the person on duty according to the roster. If it is not acknowledged within the set time, it escalates automatically to the next person. Every step stays in the log.
Can it connect to our existing alarm panel?
Yes, if the panel is network-connected or its protocol is open. Panels with closed protocols may allow only limited integration — we check this during the site review.
What do you do about false alarms?
Every alarm is recorded with its cause. The report shows which site and which sensor keeps producing false signals — that is the basis for moving the sensor or adjusting its sensitivity.
Does this replace a security company?
No. The software delivers and documents the event; the physical response still comes from guards or the responsible staff member.
